Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?

This will be a quick entry because Mindy Kaling's book of essays is easy to review: pick up this book for a fun, easy read.  Seriously.  If you've watched The Office, or seen The Five-Year Engagement or No Strings Attached, you've heard of Mindy Kaling.  She's the funny girl you want to be best friends with.  She'll sit down and have a real, deep conversation about the merits of Beyonce music videos, help you pick out an outfit that won't highlight your body issues, and appreciates the self-portraits on your phone that don't make your head look massive.  Her book isn't laugh-out-loud funny, like Tina Fey's Bossypants, but it's way more accessible and a bit kinder.
Also, she reaffirms how awesome Amy Poehler is in real-life.  This is vitally important to me, as I have to beleive that Amy Poehler is strikingly simliar to her Parks and Rec character.
Enjoy!
